Our Story

Founded in 1989, Morris and Denise Hervey, President/CEO and Chairman, respectively, have owned their engineering firm nearly as long as they have been married. 

Since inception, TSi Geotechnical, Inc., formerly TSi Engineering, Inc., has provided professional services in the areas of Geotechnical Engineering, as well as Materials Testing and Construction Observation.

The firm’s clients include the Missouri Department of Transportation, the City of Kansas City, the City of St. Louis, Metro, Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, Black & Veatch, Burns & McDonnell, HNTB, and several other engineering consulting firms. The company continues to maintain an excellent working relationship with its repeat clients by consistently providing quality work.
