denise b. hervey, pe - chairman, ceo

Denise B. Hervey is a native of St. Louis and is a registered professional engineer who received her formal education at Spelman College and The Georgia Institute of Technology, both in Atlanta. Denise was a flagship member of the Atlanta University Center's Dual Degree Program. She has bachelor degrees in Natural Science and Mechanical Engineering.

After graduation, she worked as a process engineer for several Fortune 500 Companies, including Ralston Purina, Mead Paper, and Anheuser-Busch. 

Denise is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the St. Louis Engineers Club, and several other professional organizations. 

morris e. hervey - president

Morris Hervey, a Missouri Science & Technology graduate, holds a degree in Mining Engineering. While at MO S&T, Morris was an outstanding athlete and was one of the captains of MO S&T's only undefeated football team.

Morris practiced as a mining engineer for nearly four years, and worked in sales and marketing for the next 20 years. His prior employers include Xerox Corporation and Abbott Laboratories. Morris is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, The St. Louis Engineers’ Club, and several other professional organizations.

Morris and  Denise, have been married for over 30 years and  have two adult daughters: Jeri and Kai.

Andrew’s responsibilities include project management, geotechnical report preparation and review, special inspection reporting and quality management, as well as business development, and financial management.
